Regulations for the Execution of Initiatives

Maintaining the reputation and standing of the University in all printed materials and advertisements related to initiatives.
Ensuring that the initiative supervisor is either a faculty member or an administrative staff member from the College.
Requiring the initiative supervisor to submit all printed materials and publications related to the initiative to the Unit Head for approval prior to distribution.
Submitting initiatives to the Unit via email at least four weeks before the proposed implementation date.
Complying with University regulations and policies when collaborating with external organizations.
Submitting a report on the initiative to the Unit’s email within two weeks of completion.
Conducting a survey of beneficiaries for the implemented initiative and including the survey results in the report submitted to the Volunteer Work Coordinator after the initiative’s completion.

Providing an overview of the activity’s objectives and expected outcomes.
Clarifying the tasks and responsibilities assigned to the volunteer or participant, as well as the expected contributions.
